Expired Captain's reply.

I don't think I'm fit to be called anyone's captain.

I've not someone who leads by examples. And whatever I've displayed on the field is not positive example as well. What kind of leader screams and shouts at his players for faults that are accounted for by circumstance?

I do not need you all to play until you bled or die or vomit blood or even put your life on the line this saturday.

When you enter any game, you must have targets in mind pertaining to the game, and the real winners are not those who win the game, but fulfil the targets one has set or even surpassed your own expectations.

These are some targets i think we should imbue in us for this saturday's game.

1) Fair play (that is what Ultimate is all about)
2) Camaradie (Another key aspect of Ultimate, in or out of court, as well as in and out of the teams.)
3) Winning the respects of the other JCs, and if possible a few games.
4) Keeping yourself injury free.
5) Play your best, but not over your limits. Know your own standards. We did not train as much as the other teams. So it is ok if we lose the matches as we have nothing to lose out.
6) Throw the disc, but not your face, or your dignity, or your life, or the school's reputation.
7) Play not only as MI, but as people who have a common passion and interest.

That is all for now.
